Navaratri Celebration

Navaratri is a traditional Indian festival where traditionally clad lasses play GARBA round the idol of the Hindu Deity DURGA for nine nine nights consequently. The 400 girls residing in the school hostel played GARBA at nights in the school campus. The KVKV School Entrepreneurs took this opportunity to make some extra business and put food stall in the GARBA event at night.

An extra income of INR 15000/- to 20000/- is expected from the festival of NAVARATRI
